How do you plan your week ahead?
I don’t usually plan per week. I book my schedule right when I receive notice of it. Everything that needs to happen would already be in the planner. This means I regularly check on my calendar when something comes up. This also avoids booking conflicted commitments. My only rule is to always put it on the calendar on the spot. I never plan on Sunday unless really needed. If I need to, I would dedicate 15 minutes on Monday just to iron my schedule out.
How do you prioritize your to-do list with daily/weekly commitments/tasks?
My priorities are with my relationships to people that matter to me. I’m lucky my loved ones aren’t that demanding 😛 But when something comes up, they’re always at the top of my list.
Next in line are my work commitments. This includes day job meetings, deadlines and commitments to my blog/vlog partners and sponsors.
Work hard, play hard. When I know all responsibilities are ticked, it’s time to hit the gym, dance, create content for my blog and vlog, play video games, read books.
Massage! I do it once a week. It helps maintaining the yin/yang balance in my body.
What’s the best way to start the week?
A good sleep the night before ^_^
Tell us about your morning routine. What gets you pumped up in the morning?
80s new wave song does the job most of the time! But occasionally, Spotify has a lot of morning and upbeat playlists that really gets my energy up! Sometimes I tune in to the news just so I know about current events. It helps with small talk 😉
How do you take your breaks on a typical weekday?
Massage is my favorite thing in the world! Also, music helps
What’s your go to night cap?
On a stressful day, I would either gym or play Battlefield (Online multiplayer first person shooter game)
Most of the time, I catch reruns of Ancient Aliens on History channel until I fall asleep
What’s the best way to spend Friday night?
Because of the traffic in Manila, dating could be challenging! Me and my boyfriend only meet once or twice a week. On Friday nights, I hit two birds with one stone. I go to the gym with my boyfriend and we would do Friday gym-dates. I get to spend time with him while building our muscles together 😛
How do you relax on weekends?
Oh time changes people really! I used to be a workaholic working on my blog 24/7 that I used to hate sleeping! I wished people don’t need to sleep at all. I was the perfect picture of FOMO. As I got older I realized the Joy of Missing Out (JOMO :P) Best thing ever! I now have a rule of no working on weekends! I could get really busy and stressed on weekdays, but weekends are 100% mine <3

While I do love to experiment on makeup and create different looks, the best make-up for me is no make-up at all. I believe wearing bare skin makes us look more youthful, fresh and natural. When I was younger, I used to obsess on looking more mature, not realizing that what you put on your skin and even what you eat, can affect your skin health.
The biggest advice I can share is to take care of your skin. Start young. Eat healthy foods. Moisturize. Use sunscreen. Focus more on making your skin healthy and maintaining it. When you have this natural glow, inside and out, you will feel more confident and it radiates in everything that you do.
HANNAH’S 5 PLANNING TIPS & TRICKS
Tip 1: Don’t take too much time planning.
The reason why you are planning is because you want to be efficient with your time. Don’t fail step 1.
Tip 2: Choose the right planner for you.
We all have different preferences. BDJ has different kinds of planners that suit different lifestyles! Find out what works best for you.
Tip 3: Don’t obsess over sticking to the plan.
Especially when you are dealing with other people. Don’t sweat the small stuff and be flexible.
Tip 4: Don’t include everything.
A planner that looks chaotic is discouraging. You will end up getting stressed at so many things you need to do. Consciously leave some space for free time.
Tip 5: Make it fun!
Doodle, write down words of motivation, write a note to your future self in a future date, draw emojis to represent your current state, add stickers and get creative! Fun makes your planner a positive tool for success!
