How do you plan your week ahead?
I write down my list of to-dos, with the urgent tasks in the topmost.

How do you prioritize your daily/weekly commitments/tasks?
I schedule one day for blogging, one day for vlogging, one day for different tasks, etc. So I don’t get overwhelmed with the things I have to do. 

What’s the best way to get things done in your daily to-do list?
I drink a hot cup of tea for that caffeine boost. 

What’s the best way to start the week?
I start the week by being grateful and rearing myself for a busy and productive week ahead. 

Tell us about your morning routine. What gets you pumped up in the morning?
A 30-minute quiet time of enjoying my cup of tea.

How do you take your breaks on a typical workday?
I check the internet and social media to unwind and rest.

What’s your go to night cap?
I spritz vanilla scent on my pillow and bed sheets. 

What’s the best way to spend Friday night?
I usually like ending the work week with a movie and dinner. 

How do you relax on weekends?
Weekends is spent with loved ones, eating out and going to the mall. 

Valerie’s Five Planning Tips & Tricks

  1. Organize by priority.
    Do the most important stuff first.
  2. Just do it.
    Sometimes we have so many excuses but at the end of the day, we just have to do the task.
  3. Plan a day before.
    Setting your mind to the tasks at hand the day after would better prepare you mentally. 
  4. Have accountability.
    Tell a friend about your goal and the deadline you set so you would get more motivated to do it. 
  5. Set alarms or reminders.
    Use notes, post-its or phone alarms to remind you of the things to do.
