An impromptu beach trip can cause slight panic in some of us. We may deem ourselves unprepared to wear a bikini, but it’s alright, I have a few tips and tricks that can help you achieve a better body and overall health in just a few days. 

1. Drink 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. of honey before every meal.

This powerful tonic not only controls blood sugar levels, but also prevents fat accumulation and helps suppress appetite. Drink it 30 minutes before every meal. 

2. Drink warm lemon water throughout the day.

Water infused with lemon speeds up metabolism. Preferably use fresh lemon instead of lemon juice in bottles. 

3. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the way to go.

HIIT is a workout that alternates between intense burst of activity and low intensity or complete rest. For example, you may jump rope for 1 minute and then brisk walk for the next minute. You actually burn more calories this way than doing a 30-minute steady job. 

4. Fake a tan.

Tanned skin makes you look instantly slimmer. You can fake a tan by applying bronzer on your body for an illusion of a leaner bod. 

5. Do a quick ab workout just before you head to the beach.

Muscles are more noticeable just right after a workout. If you already worked hard in the gym and are confident with your body, take it a step further by doing quick ab workouts before flaunting your body.
