Paving a Pathway to POWER
We’ve always known that for the past 30 years or so, we live in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. The past two years of the pandemic and last year’s national elections have pushed us harder, cracked our hearts open in ways that resemble wartime of generations before us.
The life we live and the way we see it has never been the same. WE HAVE CHANGED. Our humanity has never felt more brittle; our feelings have been anxious; life as we logically know it, all of a sudden became non-linear; and the vision we have of who we are, incomprehensible (BANI).
It's no longer enough that you're planning and journaling like what we always advocate for. But this year we realized that in order to embody POWER, we need to put in more work. That's why in 2022, we added coaching and mindfulness in our pillars through the products we make and the experiences we share to our community because —BDJ believes in you even when you don't.
