Returns 
We consider all sales to be final after payment and payment confirmation. We don't offer refunds except for damaged items. 

Damage
We do our best to make sure that the product we deliver is exactly as we designed and we do our best to make sure that shipping and handling is done properly. In any case, items are damaged please email us at help@ilovebdj.com - your name, address, email address, contact number (needs to be a number we can actually call), where you purchased our product, order id no. (online), proof of damage (video or photo).
